 Sicilian honey lily, Nectaroscordum siculum subsp. bulgaricum. ( Latin-name fans might also see it classified as Allium bulgaricum or Allium siculum.)  
It is a bulb and can be bought in autumn They need to be planted in September- October in well darained ground in full sun. Flower from May till July
