Workshops for 2008

Friendly and relaxed feltmaking classes
with Angela Barrow and Alyson Evans

10am – 4pm. At the Baptist Church Hall in Ilkley    £30

April 5th - felt scarves, beautiful floaty creations

May 10th - bowls and vases, moulded or free formed

June 7th - create a cushion panel using mosaic and cut back techniques

July 5th - Felt a little of what you fancy. A day in which you choose what you would like to make. It might be a handbag, scarf, hat, slippers, jewellery, hanging etc. Whatever you choose to make it will be beautiful and unique. A treasured gift for family or friend or an indulgence for you.

 

A non-refundable £10 deposit is required to secure a place. Balance to be paid on the day. Price includes all materials and equipment. Free tea, coffee and biscuits are provided, please bring your lunch or we're near enough to the shops to buy sandwiches.

You will need to bring with you; an old towel, plastic carrier bag, scissors - the sharper the better. You might also find it useful to bring a camera to record work in progress.

I am available to deliver workshops and drop-in sessions for your own organisation. I am currently working with Ben Rhydding Primary School, Armley Mills, Headingley Learning Centre and Sedbergh Community Development Centre.
