'Pretty in Pink'
This hand dyed fuchsia pink scarf also has subtle highlights of blue and orange. The silk fabric is bonded to the merino wool through the felting process with no stitching involved.
There is a very little wool in the centre section making it easy to wear even if you have sensitive skin. Both ends of the scarf are covered with a mixture of pink, purple and a little green wool. As the wool shrinks to become felt it pulls the silk fabric in with it, causing it to crinkle and create the lovely textured effect you can see. The ends of the scarf are decorated with Wensleydale curls which add a lovely texture and shine.
