Payment

Items purchased from the shop can only be paid for by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay as purchases may be made through Paypal using a credit card.

Packaging

There will be sufficient packaging to protect the items in transit however, I'm aware of just how much packaging ends up in landfill, so I try to keep it to a minimum and hope you will recycle it where you can.

Exchange

I am unable to exchange items that are not damaged.

Workshop bookings

When you confirm booking you will be asked to pay the full amount of which £10 per person is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking more than 7 days in advance of the workshop your fee minus the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 7 days no refund is payable unless I can fill the workshop place.

Postage

Within the UK all items will be dispatched by First Class Mail, items to destinations outside the UK will be sent via airmail. Other services are available at additional cost, please get in contact before purchasing and I will let you know the cost.

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged you must contact me within a week of receiving it. A replacement item or refund will be issued once the item is returned to me in its original condition and packaging. Your postage costs to return the item will be reimbursed if the item is damaged.
